Many items can be gift wrapped in our Henry's signature kraft gift box and ribbon. If we do not have a gift box for your gift, we will wrap it Henry's style - in kraft paper and string.
Just check the "Gift Wrap" option on the checkout page.
If you'd like us to create one gift box with multiple items please check the "Gift Wrap" option. Then, at checkout in the "special instructions/comments" box, let us know which items you'd like us to put together.
We will include a Henry's gift card with your gift ń in the "special instructions/comments" box simply indicate what you'd like us to write as your personal message

SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship within the United States using UPS Ground Service. Please allow approximately 7 - 10 business days for processing and shipping. UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Select are shipping options that are also available for an additional charge. Please make your desired shipping selection during the checkout process.
At this point Henry’s is only delivering items to the 50 United States. If you would like to make a purchase and live outside of the United States, please contact us at info@henrysbypost.com or 920.295.0297.
BACK ORDERS
You will be notified via email at the time of your order if an item is not in stock. We will try to give you an approximate ship date at that time. We make every attempt to keep our items in stock but please accept our apologies if an item is sold out or no longer available.
SALES TAX
All items purchased online and shipped within the state of Wisconsin will be taxed at a rate of 5.5%.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS
We truly want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, less the initial shipping cost. Please call 920.295.0297 or email us at info@henrysbypost.com to let us know you will be making a return.
Please return the item to us prepaid, properly insured, and with the sales receipt. Once we receive the merchandise, we will issue a check or a credit to the credit card used to make the purchase.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or store credit. The merchandise must be in original condition and returned to us prepaid, properly insured, and with the sales receipt. Once we receive the items and they have been inspected, we will issue your store credit and will send it to you via mail or e-mail. It will also be on file at Henry’s for your convenience.
Items received as a gift can be exchanged for merchandise or store credit only within 30 days when returned to us with the gift receipt.
ALL SALE ITEMS AND PERISHABLE ITEMS ARE SOLD AS FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
DAMAGES
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please hold onto the packaging and the damaged item. Contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to get a replacement out quickly.

Henry’s is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third parties. The information we gather is used here and at the store solely to process your order, track your purchases, and update your customer profile so that we can communicate with you better.
Every bit of information that you share with us is securely guarded and used solely by authorized personnel at Henry’s.
We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. Of course, you do have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.
